§ 94.03 NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER OF NEEDED WORK.
   All spot repair work which may be performed by the municipality or persons, firm, business, partnership or corporation abutting said sidewalk, shall be in accordance with the specifications of this subchapter and shall match the existing work and grade of said existing sidewalk.
