(A) By adoption of this subchapter, there is incorporated herein and made a part hereof all sections of W. Va. Code Ch. 8, Art. 18, §§ 1 through 22 (inclusive), as may be applicable in regard to the building and renewal of sidewalks.
(B) All building and renewal of sidewalks built in accordance with the aforereferenced chapter of the West Virginia Code, and further all sidewalks built or renewed within the municipality by any person, firm, business, partnership or corporation, shall be built, repaired or renewed in accordance with the following specifications as set forth herein.
