§ 93.06 APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER.
   The provision of this chapter shall not apply in using any of the sound equipment mentioned and described herein where such equipment is being used for civil defense or in the event of a disaster or other emergency or is being used by any governmental agency or at any public meeting.
