§ 91.06 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Although smoking regulations are primarily self-regulating through social pressure, enforcement of this subchapter shall be the responsibility of the City Police Department or its designee.
   (B)   Any owner, operator, manager or other person of any establishment regulated by this subchapter shall inform persons violating this subchapter of the appropriate provisions thereof.
