§ 33.05 FILING DEADLINE.

Such certificate of nomination, together with the filing fee therefor, shall be filed with the City Recorder at least 80 days prior to the election. All tickets and names of candidates not thus filed, and the filing fee so paid, shall not appear on the official ballot.
