§ 78.12 PROVISIONS FOR EXCEPTIONS.
   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as prohibiting the city from providing for bus stops, taxicab stands, physicians stands or other matters of a similar nature, including the loading for unloading of trucks or other commercial vehicles.
