§ 76.04 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE (ATV). As set forth in W. Va. Code § 17A-1-1(ii).
   UTILITY-TERRAIN VEHICLE (UTV). As set forth in W. Va. Code § 17A-1-1(vv).
   SPECIAL PURPOSE VEHICLE. As set forth in W. Va. Code § 17A-13-1(b)(1).
