§ 76.01 USE OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES, UTILITY-TERRAIN VEHICLES, AND SPECIAL PURPOSE VEHICLES.
   All-terrain vehicles, utility-terrain vehicles, and special purpose vehicles may be lawfully operated within the corporate limits of the City of Kingwood as described and allowed in the W. Va. Code § 17A-13-1 and W. Va. Code Chapter 17F.
