§ 10.01 HOW CODE DESIGNATED AND CITED.

The ordinances contained in this title and the following titles, chapters and sections shall constitute and be designated the “Code of the City of Kingwood, West Virginia”, and may be so cited. Such ordinances may also be cited as the “Kingwood City Code”, “city code” or “code of ordinances”.
