§ 32.06 EMPLOYEES OF BOARD.
   The Board of Water Commissioners shall have the power to employ, fix the compensation of and discharge a Superintendent, and through such Superintendent, to direct, employ, fix the compensation of, and discharge all employees of the Waterworks Department. The Superintendent shall perform such duties as may be conferred upon him or her by the Board of Water Commissioners.
