(A) General penalty. Whoever violates any provision of this Traffic Code for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined not more than $100; upon a second conviction within one year thereafter shall be fined not more than $200; and upon a third or subsequent conviction, shall be fined not more than $500.
(B) Accidents.
(1) See division (A) above for the Traffic Code general penalty.
(2) Any person violating the provisions of § 70.15 after being involved in an accident resulting in physical injury but not death to any person shall be imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or fined not more than $1,000, or both.
