The Council shall, upon an annual basis, or as deemed necessary from time to time between annual review, review and cause to be enacted such amendments to the sewer use subchapter as are necessary to bring the regulations into compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and changes thereto. All such amendments shall clearly delineate section to be altered or expanded.
