The discharge of non-acceptable industrial wastes, as described in § 52.115, into the system, whether directly or indirectly, is hereby prohibited. A letter from the utility advising that the customer must immediately cease said discharge shall be delivered by certified mail or by hand delivery to the customer as set forth in § 52.116. The utility shall continue to monitor said discharge.
