Whenever possible the building sewer shall be brought to the building at an elevation below the lowest floor. Building sewers laid parallel to any load bearing or foundation wall shall conform to the latest adopted edition of the State Building Code. The building sewer shall be laid at uniform grade and in straight alignment insofar as possible. Changes in direction shall be subject to the requirements set forth in the latest adopted edition of the State Building Code.
