§ 152.36 OCCUPANT REMOVAL.

If any occupant fails to comply with an order to vacate a non-residential building or structure, the Enforcement Officer may file, with the approval of the City Council, a civil action in the name of the city to remove the occupant. The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of G.S. § 160A-439(j).
