§ 152.29 ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS.
   If, following the investigation, notice, and hearing, the Enforcement Officer determines that the non-residential building or structure has not been maintained in accordance with the minimum standards of maintenance, sanitation, and safety set forth in this subchapter, the Codes Enforcement Director shall make written findings of fact in support of the determination and shall issue and cause to be served on the owner of the property an order requiring the owner to take remedial action within a reasonable, specified time period. In no case shall the time period be less than 30 days.
