§ 152.23 CONFLICTS.

In the event that any provision, standard, or requirement of this subchapter is found to be in conflict with any provision of any other ordinance or code of the city, the provision that establishes the higher standard or more stringent requirement for the promotion and protection of public health, safety, and/or welfare shall prevail.
