The intent of this subchapter is to establish minimum standards of maintenance, sanitation, and safety for all non-residential buildings and structures within the corporate limits of the city, in order to address conditions that are or may be injurious to public health, safety, and welfare. The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to all existing and future buildings and structures in use for and/or intended for use for non-residential purposes.
