§ 53.074 OWNER TO OPERATE PRIVATE SYSTEMS IN SANITARY MANNER.
   The owner shall operate and maintain the private sewage disposal facilities in a sanitary manner and in compliance with NCDEHNR rules at all times, at no expense to the city.
