That if any person, firm, association, corporation or entity, upon the date of the adoption of this chapter, shall have a contract to provide solid waste collection services which are being regulated herein, then it shall be the obligation of that person, firm, association, corporation or entity to provide evidence of such contract or agreement to the city or cease the provided of such services. That such evidence as mentioned herein shall be a copy of the contract with such having been entered into prior to January 20, 1998.
