§ 53.071 CONSTRUCTION OF PRIVATE SYSTEM; PERMIT REQUIRED.

Before commencement of construction of a private sewage disposal system, the owner shall first obtain a written permit from the State Department of Environment, Health and Natural Resources in the county of installation.
