§ 53.070 CONNECTION TO PRIVATE SYSTEM PERMITTED.
   A private sewage disposal system may be permitted pursuant to Vol. II or Vol. VII of the State Building Code; provided, the Director has determined connection to public sewer is unavailable or is not feasible and all other provisions of this subchapter are complied with.
