A house sewer shall not be connected to a storm water sewer or roof runoff; nor shall surface water, ground water, condensate, de-ionized water, non-contact cooling water, unpolluted industrial wastewater or storm water be introduced into any sanitary sewer, unless specifically authorized by the Director.
