§ 53.022 CONNECTION CHARGE.

Any person desiring connection to the water or sewer systems of the city shall, upon application therefore, and approval thereof, pay the charge as adopted by the latest action of the City Council, including, if applicable, acreage charges for lines previously installed by Cleveland or Gaston County, and for which the charges are specified.
