(A) Every structure requiring a water or sewer connection shall be separately and independently connected, except as herein provided.
(B) Connections to the city water system, for which the user desires to be relieved of obligation for sewer charges due to the use for which the water is purchased resulting in water not being returned to the city’s sewer system, shall be separate from, and not connected to, the tap intended for household use.
