It shall be unlawful for any person owning or having in his or her care or custody any horse, mule, cow, calf, ox, hog, pig, sheep, lamb, goat or any other animal to permit any such animal to run at large upon the streets or sidewalks or the property of another, including any property owned by the City of Kings Mountain.
