§ 51.08 INTERFERENCE WITH CITY PROPERTY.
   The customer shall not interfere with, or alter, the city’s meters, seals or other property, or permit the same to be done by others than the city’s authorized agent or employee. Damage caused or permitted by the customer to the property shall be paid for by the customer.
