(A) As prescribed.
(1) A fee shall be charged for each permit issued under this chapter as prescribed from time to time by the governing body.
(2) For the purpose of computing the fee, a statement of the cost of the repairs, remodeling, construction or building from the builder or contractor may be required.

(B) Additional. Additional inspections, or inspection trips, by the Building Inspector, made necessary through the failure of any building contractor, carpenter in charge of work, electrical contractor, electrician in charge of work, plumbing contractor, plumber in charge of work, heating contractor, heating worker in charge of work, or any person doing building or construction-type work, to specify location of work, or failure to install materials, or apparatus, in proper manner, or to otherwise create conditions making additional inspections or trips necessary, are hereby designated “extra building inspections”, the fees for which shall be as prescribed from time to time by the governing body.
