Application for a building permit shall be made to the Building Inspector by the owner of the premises on which the proposed work is to be done or the owner’s authorized representative. The application shall give the full name, residence and business address of the owner of the building and of the owner of the premises; the name and address of the owner’s authorized representative to whom notice may be sent in case of violations of this chapter; the maximum number of persons to be accommodated on each floor at any time and the purpose for which the structure is intended to be, or will be, used.
