(A) It shall be unlawful to operate or leave parked any motorized vehicle of any type, including motorcycles and minicycles, upon any street or public vehicular area wherein an exhibition show is conducted pursuant to permit issued under this section without the express permission of the person in direct charge of the exhibition show.
(B) Any vehicle parked in violation hereunder is subject to impoundment.
