§ 133.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   EXHIBITION SHOW. An exhibition or show where merchandise, wares or other tangible items are displayed for show and/or sale either out-of-doors or in a building occupied in whole or part for a period not to exceed two days. It shall not include a sidewalk sale conducted by a merchant having a valid privilege license on the sidewalk immediately adjoining the merchant’s store. However, all sidewalk sales must be conducted so that reasonable use of the sidewalk is maintained for the normal pedestrian traffic.
