For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PARADE. Any parade, march, ceremony or procession of any kind, in or upon any street, sidewalk or other public place owned or under the control of the city.
PARADE PERMIT. A written authorization as required by this section.
PERSON. Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
