(A) The customer shall notify the city before vacating the premises served under the agreement as herein provided and shall pay, upon presentation, all bills due under all agreements or contracts.
(B) If any deposits are being held by the city for the account being vacated, the deposits shall be refunded by check or deducted from the final billing statement. However, no refund shall be made by check unless the final billing has been paid in full.
