§ 50.04 CONNECTIONS/DISCONNECTIONS TO BE MADE BY CITY ONLY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, except an authorized employee of the city to turn on any product or service of any utility owned or operated by the city to any building or premises in the city. In special circumstances only, the respective Director may grant permission to a third party to connect or disconnect a service.
