§ 116.003 TAXICAB STANDS.
   (A)   The City Manager or his or her designee shall jointly establish and designate taxicab stands.
   (B)   A list of all taxicab stands in the city shall be kept on file in the office of the City Manager or his or her designee and shall be open to inspection by the public.
