§ 114.09 MASSAGES BY UNLICENSED PERSONS RESTRICTED.

Massages, as permitted by this chapter, may be given by persons not holding a license as a masseur or masseuse only if the massages are given under the direct supervision of a person having a license as a masseur or masseuse.
