The city shall levy taxes as are provided by law, with the collection of those taxes by the tax collectors of Cleveland and Gaston County as is appropriate based upon the location of the property to be levied as taxes. The Tax Collector shall use such procedures and regulations as are adopted by them for the collection of taxes due the city.
