§ 113.04 ENCLOSURE REQUIRED.

All junkyards shall be enclosed by a wire or metal fence of a minimum height of six feet, protected by gates which may be locked and shall be locked when an attendant is not present. The plans for construction of the fence and gates shall be first submitted to the Building Inspector and approved by the Inspector.
