§ 111.20 USE OF SHORT WEIGHTS AND MEASURES; SHORT CHANGING AND THE LIKE; GROUNDS FOR LEASE CANCELLATION.

Any seller detected in employing short weights or measures, short changing or arranging any commodity for sale in a manner as to deceive the public as to its real character shall be subject to dismissal or cancellation of the person’s lease and forfeiture of rental paid.
