§ 111.02 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   The market shall be open for business daily, except on Sunday, during daylight hours (sunrise to sunset) only, of each week during the year, except holidays. It shall be within the discretion of the market manager to close the market at any time during any day that conditions justify.
