Any person or business owning property within the city limits on which an “addressable structure” has been constructed and/or otherwise created should adopt, properly display and maintain legible premises numbers on the structure as designated or assigned by the Planning Department. Premises numbers shall be of adequate size to be legible by the motoring public when viewed from the far lane of the roadway.
