§ 99.11 FOWL RUNNING AT LARGE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person owning or having in his or her care or custody any chicken or another fowl to permit such fowl to run at large upon the streets and sidewalks or the property of another, including any property owned by the City of Kings Mountain.
