(A) The city will not pick up tires on rims and batteries. These items must be taken by the owner to either the county landfill or a county maintained refuse and recycling center.
(B) Paint cans will not be picked up by the city unless they have dirt, sand or paper stuffed in them to eliminate paint being dropped on city streets following compaction.
