§ 97.47 CONTAGIOUS DISEASE REFUSE.

(A) It shall be unlawful to remove clothing, bedding or other refuse from homes or other places where highly infectious diseases have prevailed unless performed under the supervision and direction of the County Health Department.

(B) The refuse shall not be placed in containers for city collection.
