It shall be unlawful to place hazardous refuse in any receptacle used for collection by the city. It shall be unlawful to place dangerous trash items and all waste materials of injurious nature such as broken glass, light bulbs, sharp pieces of metal, fluorescent tubes and television tubes in containers unless they are securely wrapped and marked so as to prevent injury to the collection personnel.
