§ 97.42 ASHES.

(A) It shall be unlawful to place ashes or live coals in containers unless the ashes or coals have been wetted and are cool to the touch prior to collection.

(B) Containers shall be of a size that they weigh not more than 75 pounds and are capable of being handled by one person.
