§ 97.36 NON-RESIDENT USE OF COLLECTION SERVICES, CITY LANDFILL; FEES; HOURS.

It shall be unlawful for any person not a resident of the city to deposit or cause to be deposited for collection by the city, other than in receptacles provided for that purpose at food service establishments, any garbage, trash or refuse in any container within the city.
