§ 97.35 RESIDENTIAL SERVICE.
   (A)   All garbage and most trash will be collected from the curb once each week, except for disruptions caused by inclement weather, holidays or unavoidable circumstances.
   (B)   Roll-out containers shall be placed at the curb no later than 7:30 a.m. on the day of the scheduled pickup. Roll-out containers and other receptacles shall be removed from the curb by midnight on the day of scheduled pickup; it is the responsibility of the householder to pick up loose debris around the collection area.
   (C)   The Sanitation Superintendent shall determine the area considered to be the refuse collection pickup for roll-out containers.
   (D)   Back-door service is available for household garbage only on a once-per-week basis for those persons who are unable to use the roll-out container. This service is subject to the approval of the Public Works Director or his or her designee and requires a doctor's certification.
