§ 97.30 RECEPTACLES AND CONTAINERS GENERALLY.
   (A)   All households shall be provided the necessary receptacles for refuse subject to removal by the Sanitation Division of the Public Works Department. The receptacles shall be assigned to the property owner (individual property owner or landlord) or his or her designee (tenant). The roll-out container is not to be removed from the premises to which it is assigned. Upon removal of container, the property owner shall be billed for a new container. All roll-out containers shall be subject to the approval of the Director of Public Works or his or her representative.
   (B)   Every person shall dispose of garbage in a clean and sanitary manner by placing it in bags before putting it in the roll-out container.
   (C)   Additional containers shall be stocked by the city and can be purchased at cost upon request if one 95-gallon can is not sufficient to contain the amount of garbage a household generates. No more than two containers per household are permitted. Additional containers are subject to extra landfill charges.
