(A) If the owner, occupant or tenant of any premises shall fail to remove the weeds, trash, garbage, grass or other objects that cause the land to be nuisance on the city within three days of notification, the city shall have the authority to enter onto the land and clean the same; and to charge the cost or expense of the action, plus administrative cost, against the owner, occupant and/or tenant in that event, the charge or expense shall constitute a lien against the properly, which lien may be collected in the same manner as the collection of a tax lien.
(B) The Code’s enforcement officer shall enforce the provisions of this section and is hereby authorized to use either city equipment or private contractors, at the officer's discretion.
